We all know that building a new system from the ground up, takes time. Then when it is finished it will require playtests to get it firmly balanced, in turn this would take up more time. You have the option to take the development time out of the picture by acquiring a license, but this can turn out to be very costly. So we created CS-12, an affordable Dynamic RPG system that doesn’t break your budget. And one that is easily tweaked to any setting once you play it a few times. This changes development from a few years to months or even weeks, depending the modification.

The Gold License allows for World Books to be created with no maximum page count.
