A well written and well formatted addition to V5. I like the idea of them having blood sorcery and oblivion.

I have done a quick read of the book and although I still need to do a deep dive I wanted to leave my thoughts on it while it still appeared in the top 10 section.
The book is great and nicely touches on many key aspects of the Baali. While the decision of the discipline spread is something I would have done slightly differently it is by no means a poor choice and shows direction from its writer(s).
The artwork is lovely and it's layout easy to use as a supplement. If I ever write my own Baali clanbook I am sure to credit this one as my inspiration. Great work.

Another marvelous book from one of the most important WoD influencers in Brazil: Ro Amadeu. An authority on lore and knowledge in the world of darkness lends his design and intelligence for Hunter 5e. This, apart from the corebook, is one of the greatest experiences I had with this gameline. Do buy it, you'll have no regrets. I'm using the material to run V5, and I'm also eager to start an H5 game based on this book's tips, it's so creative and easy to read and run through. 5/5.

Greetings, fellow Kindred. I am Sir Dennis Tristram, and I am currently reviewing this Demonic Tome "Clanbook: BAALI 5th Edition."
from my humble impregnable fortress underground somewhere (totally not the sewers.)
In all seriousness, here is what i think of the book.
- The art and formatting of the PDF are great it feels professionally made.
- A great deal of passion has gone into the writing, and it shows it is a pleasure to read.
- There are tons of cool, unique Powers, backgrounds, Loresheets and Storyteller Tools to work with.
I especially like the Loresheet Heretic (page 31); it's quite an interesting dynamic in which the whole idea is holding the darkness at bay at any cost, even if it means sacrificing your soul.
I look forward to trying this out in play, as the advantages also look like a lot of fun.
I would recommend 10/10 high-quality book worth 15 dollars. Looking forward to what they make next! [ A Banu Haqim clan book would be awesome!]

Thank you for the kind review! As our first published book it was a process that took a lot of learning, effort, and discussion on what we wanted for this niche clan when brought to v5 so I'm glad you enjoyed the read. A Banu Haqim Clanbook would definitely be something we're interested in pursuing for a future project, I'll definitely keep it in mind. |

Well, this book started my love for role-playing games... Now this may seem a little awkward and weird, madness isn’t funny thing, and the Revised Edition changed the tone on this matter. However, this is what introduced me to my favorite hobby, so now I can forgive it for literally everything.

This is the best material I've ever read about Hunter!
Extremely well crafted, it places you within the scenario in a very immersive way, and brings the atmosphere of tension to intense and unforgettable games.
The construction of the books, with striking text and images, transported me directly into the best and classic thriller movies I've ever watched! This definetely changed the way I'll play from now on!

Jenna is not only a fantastic author, but she has done what everyone said was impossible: write an adventure for mage! This module is action packed and a ton of fun. Comes complete with maps, tons of options, and enough pulp weirdness to make an Etherite blush! Pick this up for your next game! I promise you won't be disappointed!

Confused about the Umbra? Not sure where to begin? Look no further. Terry has creted the too long;didn't read guide to the Umbra. I've been playing mage since 1st ed, and I found this clarified the vague yet wonderful Otheworlds of mage. Highly reccomended for new player and veterans alike!

It's ok
Adds new content to V5, but might not be worth your time.

honestly, its fine. so long as you are aware that you're getting into a paradise lost inspired romp it can be very enjoyable. but oof old school white wolfisms a plenty here and many a mechanical element that is not explained clearly, or even at all in one case. pick it up if the reign in hell feel appeals but be aware of what you're getting yourself in for

Great book for Revised error Mage. As of 10/20/2023 the scan has been updated and vastly imported to look really nice.
M20 covers most of this but, I still find the book very useful as a Story Teller.

A fun lovecraftian add on for WoD. I really like the AI art created for it. Really adds to the feel of the item instead of recycling the same old art again and again.
