This is a beautiful piece of work. Well written and very evocative.
The layout is simple and clear, with fairly minimal artwork that captures the hazily surreal setting perfectly.
Not for the faint-hearted, or those still tied to the "kill things and take their stuff" school of gaming. I'll probably never get the opportunity to run this, but Dead Inside is one of those games that are worth purchasing purely to read if not play.
