As for the quality of the actual product presented...really nice, definitely 5 stars worth of effort there and at least 4 stars worth of quality. In fact, that is what saves this from a 1 star rating from me, despite the fact that this is cheap arse as heck.
Pretty much, you get 14 fillable PDF documents simulating secret documents and telegrams for game use. Except that it really only 8 documents since there are only 2 telegrams...with 4 different font choices each. And here is where it all falls apart for ratings.
1) Pretty much the only thing you can do is file Brit and German telegrams...because there aren't any other choices. Screw the French (okay, they are conquered), USA, Japan, Italy, Russia (okay, they are pretty much wrecked), etc., etc., etc. A more open design which allowed us to include our own logos would have fixed this.
2) For the documents, yep, it pretty much comes down to Brit and German, but there is a bit more variety here and at least there is a generic document.....except it is simply marked "Top Secret" and this cannot be changed, so it is limited in what it can simulate.
Despite my bad rating, this isn't a real bad set, especially at the price...it is just stupidly limited. Remove some of those limits and it would be worth several dollars per set, because with open logo slots LOTS of RPG GMs would be interested in nice handout making materials.
