Great miniatures rules addition. There are several new factions. There is also lots of updated background on Caprice, the CEF / NEC, the Black Talon program, and to a lesser extent other colonies. The timeline is revised (obsoleting old storybooks) and updated through TN 1950, at which starts (SPOILER) the
invasion of Terra Nova by the CEF.
